- No buyer's premium
- Auction price excludes GST (GST will be added to invoice)
- Inspection of items recommended as all lots are offered "as is, where is"
- All bids are binding, the vendor and MRE reserve the right to place any item "on the market" at an stage during the auction regardless of reserve price. All successful bidders will be obligated to pay for lot/s won in full.
- Payment terms strictly 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made with agent, please have finances in order prior to bidding!
