SALE & COLLECTION CONDITIONS:
- Bidding: Online only
- No buyer's premium
- Auction price excludes GST, 10% will be added to invoice.
- Inspection of items recommended as all lots are offered "as is, where is"
- All bids are binding, the vendor and MRE reserve the right to place any item "on the market" at an stage during the auction regardless of reserve price. All successful bidders will be obligated to pay for lot/s won in full.
- Payment terms strictly 24 hours unless prior arrangements have been made with agent, please have finances in order prior to bidding!
- Collection of smaller lots (i.e. lots which can be loaded by hand or forklift) will be available Saturday the 22nd of August from 9am-4pm, proof of payment MUST be provided. Prior arrangement must be made for collection outside of these times. Check individual lots for collection conditions.
